I Am Forever

I am forever,

Ruled by My Heart

My Mother says, One can be ruled by Heart, by Head, by Responsibilities.

From the moment I can remember having thought,

My Heart has Always Ruled.

Thank God I am not Nobility, I would fail them, endlessly.

I am Ruled by My Heart.

And,

So shall it Be.

An Eternity of Choices, whose consequences may be

Due to My Heart

And not My Head or My Responsibility.

I Am, Forever, Ruled by My Heart. I think that is the Wisest Way.

Head and Responsibilities, Lack Passion and Compassion and Puerile Futility.

To be Ruled by the Heart,

That is the Godly Way.

If Jesus had a brain, or thought of those he was responsible to, would he have left them, hanging, in vain.

I think not.

It was his Heart that sent him to his final Domain.

It was his Love of All that is Being-ness, that allowed Him to make the choices He made.

To be Ruled by The Heart,

Is the Greatest and Most Challenging Gift from God.

Reason is gone.

Ties are gone.

All that is Left is the Knowledge of How Much One’s Love for Another will impact Humankind…FOREVER.

Midnight

My season is Winter
Darkest season of all
My hour is midnight
Hour of darkness
I walk in the snow
A wolf in the night, midnight
Fure of silver, eyes filled with darkness
These eyes look at the moon, the full moon
They see light, light to replace darkness
But the light can not enter these eyes
And the darkness remains
I keep on walking through the snow
Looking for warmt and light
But my season is winter
And my hour in midnight

A Good Hard Ride

There’s nothing like

a good hard ride

it’s a tonic for the soul

The rhythm, the pounding,

the movement combines -

to accentuate your growth

The beasts hot breathe,

the flowing mane,

the legs locked in a grip -

The feeling of being

entwined as one

attached from hip to hip.

Such primitive

primal glory -

such unrelenting force -

Please remember that

this poem’s  about

what it’s like to ride a horse……..

Self-esteem

Either you think

positive

‘bout yourself

Either you think

negative

‘bout yourself

Either way

you’re right

It’s how you see

yourself

That’s how the outcome

will be

So, keep thinking!

Think!

The Darkest Corner

The report that he had

touched her

sent me

walking down a path.

Past anger hate and rage

to a deeper

purer wrath.

There is a darkest corner

far beneath

emotions veil,

Where the calm

of deadly vengeance

gives no quarter

for betrayal.

There’s no remorse

or fear of consequence,

just a hunger for a kill,

The report said

he had touched her,

and touch him back

I will.

Roses and violets

Why are roses red?
Why are violets blue?
There’s on thing for sure
They don’t look like you

Roses and violets can’t match you
in beauty, and radiance
They don’t even come close
in softness and fragrance
